Use Methods
1. Mixing: Mix the component A and component B evenly, add them into the hopper. If the color required, use the EVA base materials (the color masterbatch should be dried). The material should be use up within 2 hours after unpacking. (It can't be dried). The external water can' be brought in during the process.
2. Suggest to use equal distance & unequal depth, single thread screw.

4. Double color cable: Color line can use component A and EVA base materials together, without or with a small numner of component B.
5. Pay-off speed: Without affecting of surface smoothness and perfirmance the faster, the better.
6. Crosslink:
Natural crosslink or water bath (Steam).
Natural Crosslink: Temperature 15-25ºC, crosslink will be finished around 7 days.
hen temperature is higher than 25ºC, crosslink will be finished around 3 days.
Water bath or Steam: should control the temperature arond 60-70 ºC in order to keep it from sticking together, it will finish about 4 hours. The thickness of the test piece is 1mm. It thickness >1mm, the crosslink time should be adjusted according to the actual situation. Full performance test, water bath (steam) 65ºC, more than 8 hours, to ensure the material is fully crosslinked.

Package, Transport and Storage
1. Package: Vacuum packed.
2. Transport: Can't be exposed to the sun or rain, or suffer mechanical damange.
3. Storage: Should be stacked on the backing plate in a clean and dry warehouse.
Valid Period: 12 months.
