Hammer head T nuts can be inserted directly into the T - slots of industrial aluminum profiles and then rotated 90 degrees, or they can be slid into the slots from the end. Therefore, the assembly efficiency is high. However, their connection strength and reliability are inferior to those of pre - set nut blocks. Different from pre - set nut blocks, hammer head T nuts can be placed into an already assembled industrial aluminum profile frame, which can make up for the nuts that were missed during installation in the T - slots.

Although the connection strength and reliability are not as good as those of pre - set nut blocks, hammer head T nuts still have a medium - strength load - bearing capacity.

Hammer head T nuts of specifications M4, M5, M6, and M8 are commonly stocked. They can be used for the connection and fastening of 20 - 60 series standard frame industrial aluminum profiles, 30 - series frameless profiles without decorative lines, and 10 - mm - wide - slot frame industrial aluminum profiles.

Hammer head T nuts can be used in conjunction with hexagon socket head cap screws for the connection and fastening of conventional accessories to industrial aluminum profiles.
