The aluminum profile bolt connector can be used for the vertical connection of 20 - 60 series standard frame profiles of industrial aluminum extrusions. For the specific specifications to be selected for different series of industrial aluminum extrusions, please refer to the model parameters.

 

During installation, the center hole at one end of the profile needs to be tapped first, and the profile to be vertically connected needs to be drilled with a process hole for fastening the bolt:

 

1. For 20 - series industrial aluminum extrusions, use M6x20 bolts. Before installation, tap the center hole of the profile with M6 threads. It is recommended that the tapping depth be 22mm. The profile to be connected needs to be drilled with a Φ6 process hole.
2. For 30 - series industrial aluminum extrusions, tap the center hole with M14 threads first, with a tapping depth of 22mm. Insert an M14 - to - M8 reducing bolt, and then insert an M8x20 bolt into the reducer. The connected profile should be drilled with a Φ8 process hole.
3. For 40/45/50 - series industrial aluminum extrusions, before installation, tap the center hole at one end of the profile with M14 threads, with a tapping depth of 30mm. Drill a process hole in the connected profile with a diameter of Φ8.
