Product Description

 

The pre - set shrapnel nut is composed of a square nut and a matching metal spring clip. During use, the nut and the spring clip are slid into the profile from the end. The spring clip can be used to position the square nut, preventing the nut from sliding in the groove. Especially for square nuts placed longitudinally, it can avoid them from slipping off.

The square nut can only be pre - inserted from one end of the profile. Therefore, the assembly efficiency is not high. However, due to its low cost, it is often used for the connection and construction of simple frameworks.

According to the specifications, the nuts can be divided into M4, M5, M6, and M8. When matched with corresponding - sized hexagon socket head cap screws and flat washers, they can be used to fasten 40 - 60 series T - slot aluminum materials and connectors.
