The anchor joint connector is a specialized component for connecting industrial aluminum profiles with large aperture T-slots. It boasts high connection strength and excellent concealment, offering significant advantages in assemblies involving plates or mesh such as workbenches, material carts, and material racks. The anchor joint connector combines connection and locking functions, ensuring a seamless fit through fine adjustments, thus achieving high-strength and stable connections between profiles.
Based on different connection methods, there are five types of anchor joint connectors available: Universal, Normal, Turning, Diagonal, and Screw. These connectors enable free angular connections ranging from 30° to 180° between aluminum profiles, making them a swift and flexible choice for connecting T-slot aluminum profiles.
When in use, these connectors only occupy a single T-slot, allowing aluminum-plastic panels, mesh, and other sheet components to be embedded into the framework without requiring corner cuts.
They are fully compatible with European standard frame profiles with a central aperture of Ø12 and above (including Ø12). Customization is available for profiles with a central aperture greater than Ø8 as per specific requirements.
