Product Description

 

The pre - set block nut, also known as the pre - set nut, is inserted into the slot from one end of the industrial aluminum profile. It has high connection strength and is often used for the connection and fastening of heavy - load structures.

The pre - set block nut can only slide into the T - shaped slot of the industrial aluminum profile. As a result, the assembly efficiency is not high. However, its connection strength and reliability are excellent. It can be used in structures with low requirements for flexibility but high requirements for load - bearing capacity and strength, such as the connection and locking of high - load structures like equipment machinery frames and factory workshop partitions.

For standard - frame industrial aluminum profiles, there are 6mm - slot pre - set block nuts, 8mm - slot pre - set block nuts, and 10mm - slot pre - set block nuts. They can be respectively used for 20 - 60 standard - frame industrial aluminum profiles and frosted - surface profiles with 10.2mm slots.

The threaded holes include M4, M5, M6, and M8. When matched with corresponding bolts, they can connect and lock industrial aluminum profiles and accessories.

You can select the appropriate specifications and models according to the slot of the industrial aluminum profile and the diameter of the threaded hole.
