Summarize
D-ketoprofen tramine is a novel antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug with relatively few side effects, which can be used to treat mild to moderate pain.

Synthesis method
Anhydrous ethanol, and trobuprofen were added to D-ketoprofen respectively, the weight ratio of which was D-ketoprofen: anhydrous ethanol: ethyl : trobuprofen = 1:2:7:0.48. The mixture was stirred, reflux was carried out in Chemicalbook for 30 minutes, and then filtered to the crystallization tank while it was hot. The condensate was cooled to 28-32 ºC, and the ice-brine was cooled to below 10ºC The filter cake was washed twice with a mixture of 1 weight part anhydrous ethanol and 7 weight part , centrifuged, and recovered by filtrate distillation. The filter cake was dried at 50ºC for 10 hours and crushed to obtain the finished product of d-ketoprofen tramine.
