Product Description

Profile end accessories are used to fasten onto the two ends of industrial aluminum profiles. They enhance aesthetics, keep the area clean, and prevent operators from being scratched by sharp edges. Industrial aluminum profile end caps are mainly classified into four types according to their structures: Type A (center post), Type B (rectangular), Type C (R90 special cover), and Type D (quadrilateral post). Among them, Type D is only applicable to industrial aluminum profiles with holes at the four corners of the end face.

 

There are special industrial aluminum profile end caps for 20 - 60 series standard industrial aluminum profiles, non - decorative line profiles, and standard profiles with a 10mm slot width.

 

If you need the end cap surface of the frame to be flush with the surface of the industrial aluminum profile, you need to consider the thickness of the end cap and deduct it when designing and cutting the industrial aluminum profile.

 

The commonly stocked end caps are made of black ABS material. If you need gray ones, they can be customized according to the minimum order quantity.
