Product Description

 

Two different specifications of aluminum profile pivot joints are provided. The 4040 type is applicable to the 4040 standard - framed industrial aluminum profiles, and the 4060 type is applicable to the 4060 standard - framed industrial aluminum profiles.

 

Select the corresponding fastening components according to different connection methods.

 

For Type A installation, the central holes of both 40x40 and 40x60 industrial aluminum profiles are Φ12. One end of each of the two profiles needs to be tapped with M14 threads. It is recommended that the tapping depth be 22mm. Subsequently, an M14/M8 reducing bolt is installed.

 

For Type B installation, the central holes of both 40x40 and 40x60 industrial aluminum profiles are Φ12. One end of one of the profiles needs to be tapped with M14 threads. It is recommended that the tapping depth be 22mm. Subsequently, an M14/M8 reducing bolt is installed.

 

For Type C installation, the central holes of both 40x40 and 40x60 industrial aluminum profiles are Φ12. One end of one of the profiles needs to be tapped with M14 threads. It is recommended that the tapping depth be 22mm. Subsequently, an M14/M8 reducing bolt is installed.
